Under the direction of your Dining Manager you will help ensure that your department delivers and exceptional dining experience at every meal. The Assistant Dining Manager performs the combined duties of kitchen management, cooking, cleaning, and customer service. The job will require you to assume responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Dining Manager. Plan and facilitate activities alongside the Dining Manager and activity department for our seniors which involves food preparation or other activities specific to the events.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum age of 18. </li><li>Experience in senior living is preferred. Adequate experience in commercial food preparation to understand and manage the necessary volume of food preparation and service. </li><li>Serve Safe Certification or equivalent preferred or obtained shortly after employment and any other requirements per County or State regulations. </li></ul>
