Using your expertise to build relationships with our clients and leveraging your creativity and analytical powers to solve their most complex business problems. You're as comfortable facilitating future-state design conversations as you are configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implement complex Oracle HCM solutions for our global clients that transform, simplify, and drive better insights into their HR functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle across the HCM suite including Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and lead teams to design, configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create leading solutions powered by Oracle</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze technical and functional integration requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 4 years of Oracle HCM experience implementing or maintaining solutions</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 1 years of configuration experience in Absence Management or Time & Labor, including strong business process background</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in Consulting, working with clients on their complex business problems</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
