<p>The Strategy Analyst supports the development and execution of strategic plans by managing projects, analyzing data, and coordinating efforts across different departments. The role involves assisting in the implementation of initiatives, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to senior leadership to ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Planning Support (30%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in the development of strategic plans, operating plans, and performance metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of business area goals with corporate strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan, support, and schedule strategy sessions with Executives and senior leaders to develop and refine initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with senior leadership to create presentations, reports, and other strategic communication materials</p> </li></ul> <p>Project Coordination & Strategy Execution Support (25%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the execution of strategic plans by tracking the implementation of key initiatives and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Contributes to the project intake processes, assessing new project proposals to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the Project Management team to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to support strategy execution and ensure consistent progress, including participation in the Quarterly Planning process.</p> </li></ul> <p>Performance Monitoring & Reporting (25%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare regular updates and reports for Executives and Senior Management, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with finance business partners to report on financial metrics for strategic initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Communication & Collaboration (25%)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with other members of the Strategy Office, Corporate Communications, and Change Management departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of the organizational strategic goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment of efforts across the organization for leadership meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the sharing of organizational financial results and cross-department initiative education by organizing the content and presenters for the monthly leadership meeting Impact & Insights.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree required, Project Management or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>3 - 4 years of relevant work experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred - certification in strategic planning or project management is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to think critically and evaluate complex issues to provide effective solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-ID1</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
