This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate design student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working on real projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.</p> <p>As a UI/UX Intern, you'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to explore problems, validate ideas, and craft experiences that delight users across our entertainment and production technology platforms.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the design of web and mobile interfaces using tools like Figma </li><li>Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to support product features and enhancements </li><li>Participate in user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews </li><li>Help maintain and expand our design system and ensure visual consistency </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams </li><li>Attend and contribute to design critiques, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions </li><li>Document design decisions and present work to stakeholders </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field </li><li>Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design/prototyping tools </li><li>Basic understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive web design </li><li>Strong visual design and typography skills </li><li>Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Passion for solving real user problems through great design </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Material UI, Untitled UI, or other design systems </li><li>Exposure to HTML/CSS or working with frontend developers </li><li>Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (student or personal projects welcome) </li><li>Interest in designing for enterprise or SaaS products </li><li>Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li>Work on real, high-impact projects for the entertainment industry </li><li>Mentorship from seasoned designers and product leaders </li><li>Opportunity to contribute to and learn from an enterprise design system </li><li>Team-based collaboration with cross-functional exposure </li><li>Competitive stipend and career development support </li><li>Build a portfolio with meaningful case studies and product contributions </li></ul> <p>Special Work Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Sedentary - Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour.</p>
