<p>The Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Areas that play to your strengths</p> <p>All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:</p> <p>Expand all</p> <ul> <li> <p>LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS</p> </li><li> <p>Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and Increase product range in all stores.</p> </li><li> <p>BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT</p> </li><li> <p>Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.</p> </li><li> <p>Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current state of business for account, quality of sales call</p> </li><li> <p>SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS</p> </li><li> <p>Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Report non-compliance in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive pre-call sales in Large Format retailers.</p> </li><li> <p>Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90-day outlook on activity.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible to drive effective communication and partnership amongst RBDC distribution team. Ensuring best in class account service.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> </li><li> <p>Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.</p> </li><li> <p>Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.</p> </li><li> <p>Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</p> </li><li> <p>Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</p> </li><li> <p>Moving, lifting, and placement of inventory and advertising displays in furtherance of sales functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly operate a motor vehicle in excess of 10,000 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle</p> </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Your areas of knowledge and expertise</p> <p>that matter most for this role:</p> <ul> <li>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS </li><li>· High school diploma or GED required </li><li>· Excellent sales skills </li><li>· Good mathematical skills </li><li>· Organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contracts </li><li>· Valid driver's license </li><li>· Must be at least 21 years old </li><li>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS </li><li>· Proven sales or customer service track record. </li><li>· Preferred Prior Sales Experience </li><li>· Knowledge of the beverage market preferred </li><li>· Additional language skills an advantage </li><li>Travel 0-10% </li><li>Permanent </li><li>Benefits eligible </li></ul>
