<p>FIELD ASSOCIATE - FRAMINGHAM AREA</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>We're seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Framingham area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on two primary functions: Property Showings and Evaluations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Property Showings:</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare units prior to prospect arrival</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure property accessibility and security</p> </li><li> <p>Report prospect and property feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Typically 30 minute appointments plus paid commute</p> </li><li> <p>Property Evaluations:</p> </li><li> <p>Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs</p> </li><li> <p>Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies</p> </li><li> <p>Work independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour)</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems</p> </li><li> <p>Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system</p> </li></ul> <p>IDEAL CANDIDATE</p> <ul> <li>Holds a real estate license or property inspection certificate (REQUIRED) </li><li>Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Team player with a growth mindset </li><li>Comfortable with frequent local travel </li><li>Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography </li><li>Professional demeanor with positive attitude </li></ul> <p>TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Smartphone capable of running our mobile friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos </li></ul> <p>ABOUT DOORSTEAD</p> <p>Doorstead is a pioneering full-service property management startup that guarantees rental income to property owners, regardless of vacancies.
