Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. </li><li>Characterization of the incident, reproduction, diagnosis and analysis of the route cause. </li><li>Potential to be in the office 3-4 days a week. </li><li>Deploy, document and troubleshoot IT infrastructure at Offices and Service centers. </li><li>Manage and triage incoming support requests, and escalate to Engineering teams when required. </li><li>Uphold and improve our technical support policies and overall customer/partner experience. </li><li>Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to Operations Teams. </li><li>Adhere to documented procedures such as standardized deployments and naming conventions </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Server Operating Systems, or Infrastructure Event Management</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>One or more networking Linux cloud certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, CompTIA, LPI, AWS, GCP, Azure)</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience with deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure e.g. Wireless Access Points, Layer 3 Switches and Routers</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
