Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all aspects of events are carried out smoothly. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating fantastic memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>THE STARTING RATE: $17.45 per hour</p> <p>THE DAY-TO-DAY:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotions, collaborating with departments like PBX, Engineering, and Sign Shop as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Compose event-related communications, including guest letters, memos, and promotional materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and manage relationships with vendors and entertainment to ensure event requirements are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and seek approval for rules governing events and promotions from Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend and prepare gifts for events, including presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Process vendor payments and create requisitions for approvals.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend events to ensure all details are executed properly and serve as the primary contact for any issues.</p> </li></ul> <p>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Special Events or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Must be willing to work a Full-Time Schedule, 40 hour workweek. Schedule will rotate on monthly basis due to promotional events. Saturdays 3pm-11:30p, Sundays 9a-5p/11:30a-7:30p, Wednesdays 10a-6p, Thursdays 10a-6p and Fridays 12p-8:30p.
