The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and manage efficient and scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including on-premises servers, networks, storage, and cloud-based systems. </li><li>Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure systems; monitor system health and resource utilization, optimizing as needed for cost and efficiency. </li><li>Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and patch management; apply hardening measures to servers, networks, and cloud environments. </li><li>Apply security best practices across all infrastructure components; monitor for vulnerabilities, breaches, and suspicious activity; implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and IAM solutions. </li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues (network, server, cloud, security); respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating with relevant teams. </li><li>Work closely with Business units to provide technical support, training, and guidance to users and junior team members. </li><li>Develop, implement, and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for both on-premises and cloud systems. </li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and incident reports; ensure compliance with relevant regulations (SOX, NIST, etc.) and internal policies. </li><li>Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization for infrastructure resources. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency, security, and scalability. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. </li><li>3-5 years of proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise-level infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices. </li><li>Proficiency in virtualization technologies. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. </li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Security) are a plus. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. </li><li>Valid driver's license is a plus. </li><li>Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
