<p>ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Process bill of material changes through Agile. </li><li>Review new items for customer requirements on materials. Review to include verifying documents and a visual verification of materials and finished goods. </li><li>Process/track samples for all Arkansas First Run Requests for the facility. </li><li>Review existing bill of materials for customer requirements and any changes to wording that may be needed in the manufacturing notes. </li><li>Maintain quality, converting, chemical mix, warehouse, facilities, and distribution center documents in Docushare and the master document list database including uploading into the document management system. </li><li>Track and send review notices out for bi-annual document reviews. </li><li>Assist or administrate site CoLOS packaging coding system. </li><li>Assist in hosting internal and external audits as needed. </li><li>Assist in implementing site quality training. </li><li>Issue/track all facility nonconformances and CAPAs. </li><li>Assist in product inspections and line audits as needed. </li><li>Subject Matter Expert in Document Creation for all departments </li><li>Evaluate processes by observing them and comparing them to established written procedures. </li><li>Updating procedures when observation doesn't align with steps demonstrated by employees completing the task. </li><li>Identifying training needs when process procedures are not being conducted per the established </li></ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence </li><li>Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Minimum 4 years manufacturing and/or quality experience. </li><li>Proficient in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel preferred. </li><li>Proficient in Agile preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated experience of process observation and development of standard operating procedures. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
