<p>Parts Manager (CE)</p> <p>$2,000 Sign-On Bonus</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Exceptional customer satisfaction starts with exceptional people. Our greatest asset is not our inventory-it's our employees who carry our reputation into the marketplace every day.</p> <p>With the training and support we provide, the Parts Manager plays a critical role in maintaining Arnold Machinery's commitment to outstanding service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage warehouse parts movement, including aged, obsolete, and market inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee staffing, employee retention, customer counter sales, service/internal sales, new product training, and after-hours coverage</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute marketing procedures, customer outreach, and Silver Service commitments</p> </li><li> <p>Manage freight recovery, expense control, warranty recovery, performance management, and overall profitability</p> </li></ul> <p>Non-Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist the Branch Manager with various operational and administrative tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data entry and general office duties as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to sit for extended periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Reach to answer phones and operate office equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret paperwork, files, and computer-based records</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively by phone and in person</p> </li><li> <p>Walk and move throughout the facility as required</p> </li><li> <p>Hear and respond to verbal communications</p> </li><li> <p>Bend, stoop, and stand as necessary to perform job duties</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn various software programs</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance management, negotiation, problem-solving, and motivation</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a Silver Service attitude</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Previous management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Agricultural background or industry experience preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Accommodations</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations for the essential functions of this position will be considered.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</p> <p>Arnold Machinery is an equal opportunity, affirmative action, and right-to-work employer.
