Duties include loading cheese onto production lines, performing quality checks, monitoring automated equipment, and completing accurate production and regulatory documentation. Associates will be assigned a department upon hire (ex. dice/shred, aged, etc) vacuum packing, salting, peeling packaging, or tying product as required. The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery.</p>
