This role works closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to coordinate materials, resources, documentation, and communication to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support day-to-day project coordination, materials tracking, and resource scheduling.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with cost reporting, file organization, and electronic documentation using established naming conventions.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with internal teams, field personnel, and external partners to keep projects moving efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify potential issues early and help drive resolutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize tools such as Excel, Outlook, Epicor, Procore, Salesforce, and other project systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete required training and uphold all company, state, and federal compliance standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of project coordination experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Procore or Epicor a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Onsite, office-based role with limited travel (5%+).</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position.
