<p>SUMMARY:Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition the Recruiter will be responsible for owning and managing the ongoing recruitment and selection of qualified talent for open positions. The Recruiter will drive creative sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified candidates and work with hiring managers at Brown University Health to represent job opportunities in the marketplace. They will also build relationships with educational institutions/programs (e.g. with various universities colleges and training programs)in order toeducate and engage students/graduates in Brown University Health opportunities and cultivate talent pipelines at key schools.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role.</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor?s degree required or equivalent experience.</p> <p>One plus years of recruiting experience required. Additional related experience required for specialized roles.</p> <p>Ability to accurately interpret and apply policies procedures and laws related to employment activities.</p> <p>Clear sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task Proven track record of success recruiting hard to fill positions quickly</p> <p>Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills essential.</p> <p>Interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively in sensitive and confidential issues by telephone in writing and in face-to-face contacts with the public and with associates at all levels of Brown University Health.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Creates and continually assesses the effectiveness of recruiting strategies for industry-related professional positions.</p> <p>Manages and owns the end-to-end process of selection and placement of qualified candidates.</p> <p>Coaches hiringmanagerson clarifyingjob requirements (requisition) interview skills hiring trends and recruiting tools.</p> <p>Partners with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations that support business goals.</p> <p>Works with the Talent Acquisition leadership to identify areas of improvement to ensure the delivery ofhigh qualityservice tohiringmanagers and candidates.</p> <p>Partners closely with Compensation to prepare pay component of job offers.</p> <p>Develop sourcing strategies during the ?intake? meeting with the hiring manager.</p> <p>Coordinatesandattendscollege or training program sessions to educate and engage students/graduates in Brown University Health opportunities and cultivate talent pipelines at key schools.</p> <p>The Recruiter is expected to embrace Brown University Health?s mission of ?Delivering health with care? and successfully role model Brown University Health?s values of Compassion Accountability Respect and Excellence as these guide our everyday actions with patients customers and one another.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>No significant physical effortrequired.</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>Normal office environment as well as some exposure to typical hospital environmental hazards and concerns.</p> <p>SUPERVISION:</p> <p>No direct responsibility for staff.</p> <p>CORE COMPETENCIES:</p> <p>Written/Oral Communication</p> <p>Influencing</p> <p>Organizational skills</p> <p>Active Listening</p> <p>Adaptability</p> <p>Building Credibility</p> <p>Critical Thinking</p> <p>Customer Focus</p> <p>Decision Making</p> <p>Networking / Relationship Management</p> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>For qualifyingpositionswe offer:</p> <p>Competitive pay and paid time off</p> <p>Medical coverage</p> <p>Dental coverage</p> <p>Vision coverage</p> <p>401K match</p> <p>Education Assistance and Reimbursement</p> <p>Wellness programs and more!</p> <p>Brown University Health is an Equal Opportunity employer.
