<p>SUMMARY:Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition the Recruiter will be responsible for owning and managing the ongoing recruitment and selection of qualified talent for open positions. The Recruiter will drive creative sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified candidates and work with hiring managers at Brown University Health to represent job opportunities in the marketplace. They will also build relationships with educational institutions/programs (e.g. with various universities colleges and training programs)in order toeducate and engage students/graduates in Brown University Health opportunities and cultivate talent pipelines at key schools.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role.</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor?s degree required or equivalent experience.</p> <p>One plus years of recruiting experience required.
