This is your opportunity to steer modernization efforts, improve public-facing services, and deliver strategic results in a collaborative government setting.</p> <p>What's in It for You?</p> <ul> <li>Meaningful Work - Play a direct role in enhancing services that impact residents across the state </li><li>Diverse and Impactful Projects - From analytics to hardware rollouts and system migrations, no two days are the same </li><li>Hybrid Work Environment - Collaborate onsite in St. Paul while maintaining flexibility with remote work options </li><li>Leadership Visibility - Work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to high-level decision-making </li></ul> <p>Your Role & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for key public motor services initiatives including technology implementations, infrastructure migrations, and analytics development </li><li>Lead all project-related meetings and status updates, engaging stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Coordinate with senior leadership to prioritize and phase project deliverables </li><li>Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for multiple project streams, identifying cost-saving opportunities </li><li>Develop and execute communication plans for both internal and public-facing stakeholders </li><li>Collaborate with business units and technical teams to assess needs, track cash flows, and monitor outcomes </li><li>Conduct site visits to licensing and inspection locations to evaluate processes, propose improvements, and ensure successful implementation </li><li>Provide knowledge transfer and transition planning to internal teams </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience You Should Possess</p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience managing public sector motor services-related projects </li><li>At least 5 years of experience conducting data analysis and generating strategic insights within public service environments </li><li>Strong project planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination skills </li><li>Experience with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and resource planning for state-level or government initiatives </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with tablet deployments for commercial license testing or similar public service hardware implementations </li><li>Familiarity with server migration planning, especially involving government data centers </li><li>Experience managing enterprise phone system transitions (e.g., Amazon Connect) across multiple facilities </li><li>Background in analytics modernization, performance metrics, and operational reporting </li></ul> <p>Education & Certifications You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired </li></ul> <p>What We OfferAt Trissential, we focus on connecting top talent with impactful opportunities.
