As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your profound technical knowledge and industry insight while contributing to the safety and resilience of critical infrastructure sectors.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial settings </li><li>Lead teams in managing client accounts and engagements </li><li>Mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills </li><li>Develop strategic plans to enhance cybersecurity measures </li><li>Analyze and assess risks to critical infrastructure </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and safety </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices </li><li>Foster a culture of innovation and resilience within the team </li></ul> <p>What You Must Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity </li></ul> <p>What Sets You Apart</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering </li><li>SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP </li><li>CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ </li><li>ISA/IEC 62443 certification </li><li>Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, CWSP / CWNA </li><li>Leading OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and design </li><li>Managing vendor relationships and product evaluations </li><li>Conducting OT security maturity assessments </li><li>Staying current on emerging OT/ICS threats and technologies </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>Up to 40%</p> <p>Job Posting End Date</p> <p>The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
