As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding balances, answering billing questions, resolving account discrepancies, and securing payment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, empathetic, and fluent in both English and Spanish - with a passion for finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Contact customers with past-due or outstanding balances via phone, text, and email </li><li>Provide billing support and explain account balances clearly in both English and Spanish </li><li>Secure payment through one-time payments, payment plans, or settlements </li><li>Accurately document all contact attempts and outcomes in Salesforce </li><li>Escalate disputed balances or complex cases as needed </li><li>Work collaboratively with the Billing, Customer Support, and Collections teams </li><li>Meet and exceed monthly performance goals related to recovery, accuracy, and compliance </li><li>Follow internal procedures and industry best practices for fair and ethical collection efforts </li></ul> <p>Language Requirement</p> <ul> <li>This is a bilingual position. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
