The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. The Barista is a true professional that displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains Quality store operations</p> </li><li> <p>Contributes to store profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education/Formal Training</p> <p>High school education or equivalent experience.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent customer service skills. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
