The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p> <ol> <li> <p>Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy</p> </li><li> <p>Current state Physical Therapy license</p> </li><li> <p>Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.</p> </li></ol> <p>#LI-DF3</p>
