As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.</p> <p>The value for our clients and our people</p> <p>For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.</p> <p>For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges</p> <p>As a Workday Data Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Researching and resolving day to day Workday Data issues</p> </li><li> <p>Work with client to support the new requirements for Data in Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support for Data activities like posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Manage small on and?off-shore?functional teams</p> </li><li> <p>Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated</p> </li><li> <p>Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate design options?through the use of?prototyping.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and apply Workday and Accenture??methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. Will consider qualified candidates in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Workday Partner Certification</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4 years of Data Conversion experience</p> </li><li> <p>Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Referenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep, overall knowledge of information systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent)?and PowerPoint</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
