South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team!</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE:</p> <p>The Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transportation of residents to various individual and group activities/functions and medical appointments.</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:</p> <ul> <li>Drive vans, buses, or automobiles on regular schedules to meet residents' needs. </li><li>Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). </li><li>Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. </li><li>Clean and wash vehicle. </li><li>May perform housekeeping functions as directed. </li><li>Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Minimum six (6) months' experience as a bus/van driver required. </li><li>CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>401K with employer match </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Vision Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Daily Pay </li><li>Extraordinary Rewards Program </li><li>Fun, caring, inclusive work environment! </li></ul> <p>Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
