For more information see the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act at the following: PHRC Website.</p> <p>Position Details</p> <p>Position: Staff Nurse/Nurse Coordinator</p> <p>The nursing coordinator is a staff nurse who fulfills the following coordination duties in the department:</p> <p>to obtain and store monthly nursing information</p> <ul> <li>scheduling for future events requiring nursing </li><li>track allhealth suite/nursing concerns/questions </li><li>monthly department meeting agenda </li><li>order medical/first aid supplies </li><li>assign substitute and lunch coverage </li><li>sustain knowledge regarding school nursing from DOH, CDC, and MCDOH </li><li>track and submit for repairs to all nursing equipment </li><li>schedule new hire training </li><li>track nonpub school enrollment, CSN visits </li><li>maintain data on needed student physicals </li><li>track all data needed for annual SHARRS submission </li><li>approve immunizations over summer months </li><li>approve PIAA forms over summer months </li></ul> <p>Attachments</p> <p>Cover Letter</p> <p>Resume*</p> <p>Professional License</p>
