<p>Responsibilities & Requirements</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Performs vital services in caring for personal needs and provision of comfort to patients and families</p> <p>Perform services in manners specific to the age of the patient population</p> <p>Functions as a member of the treatment team and performs specific patient care and program duties</p> <p>Responsibility for program implementation and milieu management</p> <p>Documents and records patient care including observation, protection, and charting provisions of personal care according to direction of registered nurse</p> <p>Assist in creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients</p> <p>Work is performed in accordance with established program documents, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the hospital and department.</p> <p>Works under supervision of a registered nurse</p> <p>Data entry skills</p> <p>Answering multiple phone system and retrieving voicemails</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>High school graduate with two or more years of post-high school education, majoring in behavioral health, psychology, sociology, nursing, or other psychiatric/medical related program.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>Bachelors degree</p> <p>6+ months in the behavioral health field</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
