Audits, codes and verifies requisitions and warrants for the purpose of ensuring legality and proper authorization according to mandated policies and regulations. Compiles a variety of financial information related to work assignments for the purpose of providing required documentation, processing information and meeting legally mandated requirements. Maintains a variety of financial information, files and records (e.g. District warrants, journals, cash balances, mandated tax forms, agency warrants, year-end and quarterly reports, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
