They also support production needs as they arise.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintains all in-house molds in production ready condition. </li><li>Schedules mold repairs accordingly to avoid downtime and still produce quality. </li><li>Works closely with Engineering Department on new molds, revisions, and/or changes to existing molds. </li><li>Maintains safe and clean operations by adhering to safety procedures and company 6S requirements. </li><li>Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. </li><li>Documents actions by completing production and quality logs. </li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. </li><li>Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
