Enjoy great pay, even better benefits, and opportunities to grow with a company that values you.</p> <p>Things You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. </li><li>Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones. </li><li>Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed. </li><li>Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes. </li><li>Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older. </li><li>Attention and commitment to safety. </li><li>Ability to work well with others in a team environment. </li><li>A strong work ethic. </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. </li><li>Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat. </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At Suncore, we value people.
