You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, as well as supporting other team members as needed to deliver exceptional hospitality.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. </li><li>Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. </li><li>Monitor and restock supplies, including dishware, glassware, utensils, and cleaning supplies, to ensure uninterrupted service during peak hours. </li><li>Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated receptacles and maintain cleanliness in all restaurant areas, including kitchen, dining room, and restrooms. </li><li>Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, or assembling dishes, as needed. </li><li>Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures at all times to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance. </li><li>Collaborate with fellow team members to support a positive work environment and provide assistance during busy periods or special events. </li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform standards, attendance, and punctuality. </li><li>Willing to work late-night shifts to clean the locations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of responsibility. </li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed. </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. </li><li>Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles is a plus. </li><li>Must comply with all airport security regulations and pass background checks as required. </li></ul> <p>Grove Bay Concessions is an E-Verify and equal opportunity employer; you must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.</p>
