<p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Associate Graphic Designer will contribute to the visual identity of Anthro Living by developing compelling product packaging and graphic treatments for a range of home products. The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven track record of bringing design concepts to execution. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, ensuring brand consistency and visually appealing solutions that resonate with the Anthro Living customer.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conceptualize and design innovative product packaging solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, considering production feasibility and brand guidelines. </li><li>Develop creative graphic treatments for Anthro Living products, including but not limited to candles, home fragrance, decorative accessories, and seasonal items. </li><li>Maintain a strong awareness of current design trends, techniques, and technologies to inform design solutions. </li><li>Collaborate closely with designers, product development, and marketing teams to ensure visual elements are cohesive and effectively communicate the Anthro Living brand message. </li><li>Manage design projects from concept to final production, including preparing files for print or digital output. </li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides and visual standards. </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. </li><li>3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand environment. </li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. </li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with examples of packaging and product graphics. </li><li>Proven ability to translate creative concepts into effective and brand-appropriate visual solutions. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
