<p>Job Description</p> <p>Finance Manager, Flavors, - New Berlin or Colby, WI</p> <p>This is an exempt level position</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Finance Manager, Revela Foods is responsible to provide financial and business support by analyzing data, developing driver based financial plans, drawing conclusions and summarizing insights for leaders making critical business decisions. The manager will be part of the Revela Foods leadership team and a partner with Accounting to ensure financial reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial skills and experience to effectively partner with and support business leadership in a fast paced, high growth environment. The role provides a high degree of exposure to North America Flavors leadership plus the opportunity to interact with the Global Flavors finance and business teams.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate the preparation and reporting of annual plan, monthly forecasts, key performance measures, and performance reporting to business leaders as well as Flavors global leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with leadership and broader organization to support key initiatives and drive actions that improve business unit performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparation of the financial forecasts and plans:</p> </li><li> <p>Annual Business Plan</p> </li><li> <p>Medium Term Finance Plan (5 Year)</p> </li><li> <p>Detailed business monthly financial forecasts</p> </li><li> <p>Detailed business synergy tracking, reporting, and analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances vs. prior periods, prior forecasts and the Annual Business Plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement performance tracking processes and key performance indicators for Revela Foods,as well as, coordinate with Accounting on monthly financial reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Support manufacturing cost analytics and development of standard costs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, benchmark business unit performance, forecasts and budget</p> </li><li> <p>Provide analytical support to the business unit teams to understand business drivers of performance and how to improve, including intervention suggestions</p> </li><li> <p>Support financial demands for special projects e.g. acquisitions, divestitures</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with business unit as an advocate and educator of returns and EVA</p> </li><li> <p>Oversight and risk evaluation of the hedging process</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA is a plus </li><li>Minimum of 5-year experience in finance related areas, experience in FP&A, controlling, audit or accounting is a plus </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Solid analytical, data analysis and valuation skills; PowerBI or related analytical tools </li><li>Good communication skills - objective, clear, concise, both written and verbal </li><li>Good organizational skills - Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple, changing and competing priorities </li><li>Experience with dynamic visualization of data in Power Point and other presentation materials </li><li>Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about the Revela Foods and broader Flavors business </li><li>Process improvement and action orientation </li><li>Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach; willingness to roll-up sleeves and make things happen; strong follow skills through and detail oriented </li><li>Experience working in an organization with centralized services functions or global centers of expertise. </li></ul> <p>Excited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
