Every guest will walk through your store coming and going from their Lagunitas Taproom experience. </li><li>Heavy cash handling; operates and troubleshoots register, POS system </li><li>Adheres to all Store policies and state laws regarding the sale of beer </li><li>Contributes to store's success by communicating trends in merchandise sales and improvement ideas </li><li>Maintain an organized sales floor and stock room; ensures constant, adequate stock of store during events and weekends </li><li>Ensure the highest standards of appearance of store products, shelves, displays, and signage. All items and areas must be clean, presentable, and well merchandised </li><li>Participate in periodic Inventory Audits </li></ul> <p>What We're Lookin' For</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age </li><li>Prior retail & cash handling experience required </li><li>Must be customer service oriented </li><li>Performs duties with emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Works well both in a team setting as well as independently/with minimal supervision </li><li>Responsible Beverage Service Certificate required upon hire. </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings </li></ul> <p>Key Relationships</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the Store Manager </li></ul> <p>Physical Stuff</p> <ul> <li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, reach, twist and turn </li><li>Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator </li></ul> <p>Come as You Are</p> <p>At Lagunitas, we welcome people (and dogs) from all walks of life.
