The Associate will partner with athena Customer Success Managers and client leadership to deliver Administrative Coaching engagements that improve client performance on strategic metrics.</p> <p>Associates in this role will need a deep understanding of revenue cycle or patient enagagement expertise. You will act as subject matter experts to clients and internal teams by maintaining a high level of athena content knowledge in addition to an understanding of the healthcare industry.
