<p>POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SALES</p> <p>POSITION DEPARTMENT: SALES</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>This position will direct, supervise, and manage all sales and operational activities, policies and strategies related to international markets and customers. Provide strategic leadership and direction to leaders on the Sales (external & internal) teams. Implement and manage marketing programs, initiatives and product development working with internal team members.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Work with other senior executives to create, execute and document key strategy and growth initiatives targeted at developing Hatco's presence in mature and emerging international markets. Including, but not limited to, developing strategic growth plans, conducting key market research and influencing our long-term business strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage day-to-day sales, marketing and operational efforts within key international markets based on a sound strategic plan, consistent with Hatco's overall corporate strategies and policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, coordinate, and manage efforts of international sales reps and distributors in accordance with agreed upon Company sales strategies and business plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain updated information on all territory activity including maintenance of customer databases and sales history. Provide monthly reports on international sales performance, key opportunities and important operational activities taking place in all international markets.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify, create and foster relationships that can contribute to our success with potential industry partners aligning with the innovative growth strategies of Hatco.</p> </li><li> <p>Work cross functionally with sales leaders, marketing and engineering teams developing go to market strategies and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage international strategy planning and growth within the entities associated with Hatco.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development, management, and oversight of departmental budgets to achieve department budget goals while contributing to the successful achievement of overall organizational budget goals. Work to ensure team meets or exceeds assigned revenue goals.</p> </li></ol> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>? Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; evaluative problem-solving skills to facilitate strategic business decisions to multi-faceted issues; and possess a broad understanding of global business practices.</p> <p>? Strong leadership and team building skills,</p> <p>? Lead by example as an inspiring relationship builder</p> <p>? Ability to travel of 50% - 60% of the time</p> <p>? Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Force</p> <p>? Possess strong negotiation skills in order to leverage current and future business relationships</p> <p>? Collaborative and Influential</p> <p>? Self-managed - take initiative</p> <p>? Strong listener and communicator throughout all levels of the company</p> <p>EDUCATIONAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>10+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a focus on global sales perspective. </li></ul>
