<p>Title Lecturer (all ranks) in Chemistry or Biochemistry Appointment Status Non-Tenure Track Department IU Bloomington Chemistry Location Bloomington Position Summary</p> <p>The Department of Chemistry at Indiana University(https://www.chem.indiana.edu/) is seeking applications for a non-tenure track lecturer position starting in the Fall of 2025. The appointment will be considered at all levels - Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Teaching Professor - depending on relevant experience.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <p>A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field is required. Successful candidates will be committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level in courses ranging from general chemistry to upper-level courses in the candidate's areas of disciplinary expertise. While candidates with expertise in all chemistry areas will be considered, we are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical biology.</p> <p>The candidate will teach 2-3 courses per semester with a total course commitment of five courses each academic year. Applications submitted by January 6, 2025, will receive full consideration, though candidate review will continue until the position is filled.
