<p>Overview</p> <p>The Director of Table Games oversees, reviews, and manages the Table Games operations and staff. Monitors all activities involving the Table Games including developing department Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring all games are in compliance with Gaming Regulations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops department Mission and annual department objectives. </li><li>Work cooperatively with the Senior Management Team in fulfilling the Vision and Mission of Live! Casino · Hotel. </li><li>Prepares and administers annual budget; presenting and justifying budget recommendations to appropriate personnel, and submits financial variance reports as requested. </li><li>Develops and implements an established strategic plan of long, medium, and short-term goals and objectives for the Table Games Departments. </li><li>Regularly reviews plan of action to determine if the department is meeting established goals and objectives. </li><li>Ensures department services meet or exceed customer expectations and are delivered according to established policies and procedures. </li><li>Ensure all Table Games procedures are conducted in compliance with approved policies and procedures of the Gaming Regulators. </li><li>Reviews, analyzes and monitors daily, monthly reports to monitor revenues of the Table Games. </li><li>Oversee that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to include forecasting needs, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating employees of the Table Games Department. </li><li>Coordinate and network with appropriate Departments to achieve goals and objectives. </li><li>Participate in the overall marketing strategy of the Casino. </li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. </li><li>Ability to solve complex problems. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. </li><li>Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time. </li><li>Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment. </li><li>Knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and gaming devices. </li><li>Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends. </li><li>Must be able to work in an open dialogue environment with a competitive spirit. </li><li>Knowledge of state and local tax laws, gaming laws, and banking regulations. </li><li>Ability to quickly analyze problems and present solutions in a clear and concise manner. </li><li>The ability to multi-task projects. </li><li>Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Table Games Shift Manager or above role. </li><li>A four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Must be able to acquire and maintain the state required license for the position. </li></ul>
