She is seeking:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pronunciation improvement and cultural immersion</p> </li><li> <p>Confidence speaking with native speakers</p> </li><li> <p>Practical, everyday English including:</p> </li><li> <p>Local accents and common native expressions</p> </li><li> <p>Conversations and feedback sharing</p> </li><li> <p>Politeness, holiday customs, school and parenting systems</p> </li><li> <p>Presentations, job interviews, business culture, and vocabulary</p> </li><li> <p>Hobbies, shopping, cooking traditional food, and going to the doctor</p> </li></ul> <p>She enjoys content tied to her interests and prefers less focus on grammar. She's looking for a motivating, engaging teacher to help her feel confident enough to re-enter the job market.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prefers an enthusiastic, positive, and motivating instructor</p> </li><li> <p>Open to combining face-to-face and online lessons as long as it's convenient</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons</p> </li><li> <p>Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring student's progress and guiding toward learning goals</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English</p> </li><li> <p>Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience teaching advanced-level students and test preparation is preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
