This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to all Discovery Research Therapeutic Areas and Projects by providing analytical and functional characterization of our biopharmaceutical products, including monoclonal antibodies, multi-specifics and antibody-like biologics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-throughput biologics screening and characterization methods (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, FACS, etc.) and possess a solid foundation in protein sciences and antibody discovery with a proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated scientist to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and innovative setting. Join us in bringing innovative medicines to patients!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Independently develop and execute SPR (Biacore and Carterra platforms) assays to generate objective selection criteria for panels of antibodies, multispecifics, and antibody-like biologics. </li><li>Evaluate and integrate protein-protein interaction technologies (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, etc.) to support therapeutic candidate selection, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Implement high-throughput epitope binning for large panels of monoclonal antibodies and develop deep knowledge of antibody sequence/function relationships. </li><li>Perform antibody Fc characterization studies to support regulatory submissions. </li><li>Understand relevant scientific literature and </li></ul>
