Discover the joys of summer, embrace the beauty of winter, and immerse yourself in a world of four-season fun at The Equinox.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team! Beverage Cart Attendants are the friendly face to golfers as they play the course. This individual is responsible for our customers' food and beverage service experience on the course. A Beverage Cart Attendant will be responsible for stocking beverage carts with cold drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks such as: canned beers, sodas, bottled water, and sports drinks. They will work to successfully meet sales goals by distributing products on the Resort Golf courses</p> <p>If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property!</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li>Acknowledges and greets each group of guests on the course, providing information on convenience cart services and product availability </li><li>Takes orders and up sells where appropriate </li><li>Must ensure bookkeeping and proper payment is received </li><li>Maintains order on the course by following proper golf etiquette, observing, and respecting the flow of the game and operating the cart in a safe manner </li><li>Manages inventory by verifying and restocking supplies as needed, notifying manager of shortages, and requesting adequate stock for the following day </li><li>Obtains approval for opening and closing inventory on cart, removing perishable items at the end of the day, and keeping the cart clean </li><li>Maintains appropriate standards to ensure food safety and sanitation </li><li>Inspects cart to ensure that there are no maintenance concerns; immediately reports any issues to Manager </li><li>Utilizes proper procedures in serving alcoholic beverages (verify legal drinking age and/or discontinuing service to intoxicated customers) </li><li>Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events </li><li>Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information </li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow in many areas of a Resort and Golf operation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Someone of legal age to serve alcohol </li><li>Someone who can comfortably drive a Golf Cart </li><li>Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality </li><li>Someone who is descriptive and can sale </li><li>Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits </li><li>Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests </li><li>Someone with excellent communication skills </li><li>Someone who can comfortably lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. on occasion </li><li>Someone able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays </li></ul>
