<p>Research Technician</p> <p>Bookmark this Posting Print Preview | Apply for this Job</p> <p>Position Details</p> <p>Position Information</p> <p>Banner Position Number R10789 Position Title Research Technician Classification Title MURC-Physical Scientists, Other Department Biological Science - RC2410 Job Description</p> <p>We seek a motivated candidate to fill a technical position in support of activities related to the NSF EPSCoR Track I award "West Virginia Network for Functional Neuroscience and Transcriptomics (WV-NFNT)". The successful candidate will provide training and other support activities for confocal microscopy, sample preparation, and for other research activities as required and assigned. The successful candidate must be independently driven to keep abreast of current techniques in biological imaging, and how imaging intersects with other disciplines such as big data -omics science.
