The Unit also has a 2 bed triage and 6 bed postpartum area. Registered nurses are required to demonstrate competent care of the patient in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn advanced fetal monitoring, breastfeeding education, neonatal resuscitation certification, advanced life support certification, and the OR scrub and circulating roles.Minimum Requirements:Current Massachusetts RN licenseLabor and Delivery experience requiredMother/Baby experience requiredAHA BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hireNRP requiredEvidence of recent AWHONN EFM continuing educationRecommended Requirements:OR Circulating & Scrub experience preferredExperience working in continuing care/special care nursery/NICU environment preferred Pay Range: $36.41 - $74.59This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
