No Pay Information 41,200 Pay Schedule FLSA Designation Non-Exempt Position Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the Associate Director for Processing, this position supports financial aid processing. The Financial Support Coordinator is responsible for processing uploaded documents into Perceptive Content ImageNow and training and supervising the student worker scanning assistant. This position provides assistance with federally mandated verification including reviewing comment codes, Veteran status, and citizen and immigration status. This position also completes various projects as assigned, as well as assist outreach staff with proactive customer service on the phone, front counter, email, and faxes.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Responsibility Area: Oversee Imaging of Documents Duties:</p> <p>Oversee Perceptive Content ImageNow uploads, checking documents for accuracy, contact students for corrected documents, correct errors in the imaging system, and train and supervise the student worker scanning assistant.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 45 Essential Function: Yes Responsibility Area: Assist with Federally Mandated Verification Duties:</p> <p>Assist with federally mandated verification including reviewing comment codes to help resolve discrepancies in information a student or parent reported on their FAFSA, Veteran status review for student dependency, and citizen and immigration status.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 20 Essential Function: Yes Responsibility Area: Resolve Overawards and Complete Certifications Duties:</p> <p>Responsible for working weekly reports to resolve overawards in student financial aid packages. Responsible for Vocational Rehabilitation and course review certifications.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 15 Essential Function: Yes Responsibility Area: Review Return of Funds Calculations Duties:</p> <p>Responsible for reviewing Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations for accuracy, sending R2T4 communications to students, and updating the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 10 Essential Function: Yes Responsibility Area: Tuition Waivers and Employee Scholarships Duties:</p> <p>Responsible for awarding graduate tuition waivers and employee scholarship estimates in financial aid packages as reported by the student.</p> <p>Percentage Of Time 5 Essential Function: Yes Responsibility Area: Assist with Customer Service Duties:</p> <p>Assist outreach staff with customer service on the phone, front counter, email, and faxes.
