<p>Supervise Concession Operations including 45 food and beverage locations with up to 5-10 union employees at each at the JMA Wireless Dome and other Campus Dining locations. Responsibilities include inventory ordering and disbursement, equipment moving, staffing planning etc. Primary point of contact for stadium food vendors and event operating team, reporting to the Concessions Manager. Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment; constantly assessing a changing sales environment and adjust both staffing and product needs accordingly.</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of Food Services education and experience </li><li>NYS driver's license required. </li><li>Must pass ServSafe food safety exam upon hire. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Adaptable, flexible team player. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate and directly supervise 60+ stand leads at up to 45 locations in the JMA Wireless Dome and events within the Auxiliary Services Division. </li><li>Supervise up to 10 union employees. </li><li>Prepare and stock concession stands for events and maintain cleanliness and upkeep under the direction of the Concessions Manager. </li><li>Assist Concessions Manager in daily concessions operations and events in the JMA Dome. </li><li>Responsible for Point-of-Sale system control at all Dome events. </li><li>Determine product needs and maintain product levels at all Dome events. </li><li>All other duties as assigned, including assisting with major University events to include nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, ambulate frequently and lift up to 35 lbs. </li><li>Tools and Equipment: fryer, cleaning supplies, motorized and non-motorized pallet jack, dock plate moving device, hand trucks. </li></ul> <p>Tools/Equipment</p> <p>Not Applicable</p> <p>Application Instructions</p> <p>In addition to completing an online application, please attach a resume and cover letter.</p>
