<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Digital Transformation Consultant in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with IT leaders and staff to assess existing IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and find opportunities for improvement </li><li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback on current processes and potential solutions </li><li>Design standardized project workflows based on assessments and industry best practices, tailored to organizational needs </li><li>Research and recommend software solutions and automation improvements, evaluate third-party vendors, and oversee implementation </li><li>Document process maps and workflows using diagramming software and create user guides for internal communication and future assessments </li><li>Partner with IT leadership to design and execute a change management plan, providing additional support where needed </li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate IT staff on new workflows and ensure effective knowledge sharing </li><li>Monitor the rollout of process enhancements, provide ongoing support, and address any resistance to change </li><li>Measure the performance of implemented solutions, identify opportunities for further optimization, and track ROI </li><li>Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery </li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing evaluations and feedback loops </li><li>Stay updated with industry trends to recommend innovative workflow solutions* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field required </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related role with a focus on workflow standardization and process optimization, required </li><li>Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives </li><li>Proven experience in supporting legacy systems and teams during transitions to modern practices </li></ul>
