<p>Job#: 3023537</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Junior Engineering Support Analyst</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>This entry-level role supports engineering teams by helping keep data, documents, and systems accurate and up to date. You'll work with Excel and SharePoint, follow clear processes, and help track engineering updates. This is a great opportunity to build experience in an engineering or technical environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Help maintain and organize engineering documents and data </li><li>Track updates and changes using Excel and SharePoint </li><li>Perform weekly checks to make sure engineering records are accurate </li><li>Review reports, identify issues, and follow up with team members </li><li>Support engineers and supplier teams by communicating needed updates </li><li>Escalate open or unresolved items when needed </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Basic experience with Excel and SharePoint </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization </li><li>Comfortable working with trackers, reports, and workflows </li><li>Reliable and consistent attendance </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with data tracking, metrics, or administrative support </li><li>Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
