<p>Kforce has a client in Golden, CO that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Facilities Maintenance and Management System to replace an existing asset lifecycle management solution. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused professional to lead a critical system implementation and drive organizational improvements.</p> <p>Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the FMMS implementation by managing project scope, schedule, risks, and issues while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. This part-time role requires approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule available Monday- Friday 6am-4pm. The anticipated project duration is January through June 2026.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and facilitate project meetings and communication across all stakeholders </li><li>Develop, maintain, and oversee execution of project plans, including the project charter, schedule, RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), stakeholder register, business process mapping, and re-engineering </li><li>Manage vendor deliverables, configurations, data conversions, interfaces/integrations, testing, training, change control, and post go-live support </li><li>Track project health, escalate risks or issues as necessary, and ensure alignment between functional areas and implementation teams </li><li>Act as the main point of contact for the implementation team and provide regular status updates to leadership* Bachelor's degree preferred (additional years of experience may substitute) </li><li>Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma </li><li>10+ years of project management experience with complex technology projects </li><li>Experience in public sector or K-12 environments preferred </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional project teams and delivering complex technology initiatives </li><li>Strong understanding of SaaS implementations, business process improvement, and operational efficiencies </li><li>Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail </li></ul>
