<p>Registrar Aide</p> <p>7 hrs/day - 10 month contract</p> <p>The Montgomery County School Board, Virginia, is now accepting applications for a Registrar Aide position (10 month contract) that is available at Blacksburg High School.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist parents, community members, staff and students </li><li>Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages; send and receive faxes </li><li>Assist with sorting mail and filing records </li><li>Enter data into the data management system </li><li>Perform related job duties as required to assist in the running of the school counseling office </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Computer literate </li><li>Functional knowledge of commonly used office equipment and work-flow technologies </li><li>Effective verbal and written skills </li><li>Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality </li><li>Ability to multi-task, work with interruptions, and work under pressure </li><li>Ability to be dependable and punctual </li></ul> <p>FLSA: Non-exempt</p> <p>SALARY: $21,00.00 - $38,517.50 annually, with benefits (current salary scale may change due to 2025-2026 budget considerations)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>The Montgomery County School Board is an equal opportunity employer, committed to nondiscrimination in recruitment, selection, hiring, pay, promotion, retention, or other personnel action affecting employees or candidates for employment.
