<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in a large enterprise setting building on the Salesforce platform </li><li>3+ years of experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud </li><li>and Salesforce Experience Cloud using Salesforce Best Practices and Standards </li><li>3+ years of experience using both programmatic (Apex, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, etc.) </li><li>and declarative (process builder, flows, data security, validations, etc.) tools </li><li>Hands on experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations) </li><li>Hands-on experience integrating with other platforms/systems using SOAP/REST/Platform Event based architecture. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II preferred. </li><li>Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 90% test coverage. </li><li>Ability to leverage customization of Salesforce objects, Salesforce workflows, and Process Builder to automate processes </li><li>and improve Service productivity/adoption </li><li>Extensive experience developing advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, advanced complex triggers, Visualforce pages, </li><li>SOQL, scheduled batch jobs, and SOAP/REST Integrations </li><li>Proven experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile </li><li>Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and </li><li>deployment methodologies </li><li>Highly organized and able to maintain detailed documentation on processes, standards, and projects </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and provide technical support to </li><li>both technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively identify and translate user requirements in business, functional, and test scenarios for project of various sizes and complexity </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The SFDC Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. </li><li>The SFDC Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of </li><li>the appropriate courses of action. </li></ul> <p>The SFDC Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and</p> <ul> <li>develops fixes. Research complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex </li><li>softw are related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, </li><li>including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, </li><li>and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
