<p>Job#: 3026882</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist</p> <p>Location: West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Rate - $30.16 to $33.00</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This role is part of the Supplier Enablement Operations team and supports the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of suppliers within the Ariba platform. The specialist will help drive migration efforts from PeopleSoft to Ariba, resolve system discrepancies, and ensure suppliers are properly enabled for procurement and payment processes. This is an independent role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations, system issues, and process improvements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects, such as Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card initiatives. </li><li>Monitor, research, and resolve discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft systems. </li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues for suppliers and internal stakeholders related to procurement systems. </li><li>Handle escalations independently, providing guidance to internal teams and suppliers. </li><li>Support system improvements by identifying defects and contributing to enhancement requirements. </li><li>Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing and submitting test scripts. </li><li>Assist with successful supplier onboarding to ensure readiness for transacting in Ariba. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, and Contracts. </li><li>Perform system cleanup initiatives to maintain data accuracy and meet compliance requirements. </li><li>Document processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Operational Accounting, Procurement, or Supply Chain. </li><li>Experience working with Ariba (Buying & Invoicing) and/or PeopleSoft. </li><li>Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to system discrepancies and supplier issues. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage escalations from start to finish. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with supplier onboarding and enablement processes. </li><li>Exposure to UAT testing and system enhancements. </li><li>Background supporting procurement, accounts payable, or sourcing teams. </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>A pay rate of $30.16 to $33.00 per hour is offered for this position.
