<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Josh.ai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Operations Associate to join our team in downtown Denver. This is an onsite position, and the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our shipping and operations run smoothly and efficiently.</p> <p>Part time:</p> <p>20-30 hours per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) Hourly Non-Exempt</p> <p>Pay</p> <p>: $20/hour</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Prepare and process shipments, including packing, labeling, and creating shipping documents.</p> <p>Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.</p> <p>Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks.</p> <p>Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents.</p> <p>Maintain a clean and organized workspace.</p> <p>Operate necessary equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if applicable and trained).</p> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and operational issues.</p> <p>Provide support to other operations team members as needed.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or operations preferred.</p> <p>Ability to lift and move heavy objects.</p> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.</p> <p>Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.</p> <p>HOW TO APPLY</p> <p>Note: This is an onsite position located in downtown Denver.
