<p>Duties</p> <ul> <li>Physical Education/Health Teacher </li><li>Design and implement curriculum based on current state standards </li><li>Design and implement research based assessment strategies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional Educator License (PEL) with Physical Education endorsement as required by the Illinois State Board of Education. </li><li>Health Education Endorsement Preferred </li><li>Or bachelors degree in a related field with willingness to obtain licensure. </li><li>Knowledge of Physical Education Standards </li><li>Technology Integration / one-to-one environment; </li><li>Small Group Instruction, Data Analysis, positive Classroom Management; </li><li>Prior teaching experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Regionally competitive as per collective bargaining agreement. Benefits include: board paid single health insurance and board paid TRS, tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. We will give years and education.</p> <p>Salary Range w/board paid TRS: $43,010.99 - $70,439.55 based on experience and education</p> <p>Benefits : Board Paid $25,000 Life Insurance and Board Paid $550 towards Individual Health Insurance.
