<p>Location: Farmington Hills, MI</p> <p>Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition</p> <p>Reports To: HR Leader / Talent Manager</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking a White Glove Recruiter to support our Multifamily portfolio with a specialized focus on Community Manager roles and above. This position is intentionally designed outside of high-volume recruiting, ideal for a recruiter who excels at managing complex, high-impact searches with a tailored, high-touch approach.</p> <p>This role partners closely with Multifamily operations leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for positions that directly affect property performance, resident experience, and operational stability.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for Community Manager and select leadership roles within our Multifamily division </li><li>Partner with hiring leaders to define role expectations, success profiles, and hiring priorities </li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including passive outreach and market mapping </li><li>Conduct structured candidate assessments focused on leadership capability, operational strength, and overall fit </li><li>Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes while ensuring a professional, high-touch candidate experience </li><li>Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and timelines </li><li>Ensure all recruiting activities are documented accurately and aligned with internal processes and standards </li></ul> <p>What This Role Is (and Is Not)</p> <ul> <li>This is not a high-volume recruiting role </li><li>Requisition load is intentionally limited to enable quality, responsiveness, and strong stakeholder partnerships </li><li>Success is measured by: </li><li>Quality of hire </li><li>Time to fill for critical roles </li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction </li></ul> <p>…rather than number of requisitions closed</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to manager-level or leadership searches </li><li>Experience in multifamily, property management, real estate, or operations-heavy industries preferred </li><li>Strong sourcing and screening skills, including comfort engaging passive candidates </li><li>Ability to manage multiple specialized searches while maintaining strong organizational habits and follow-through </li><li>Professional communication style and sound judgment when interacting with candidates and hiring leaders </li></ul> <p>Why This Role Matters</p> <p>Community Manager and leadership positions carry significant operational risk when vacant or mis-hired.
